We purchased Fury's Shadow Star with "Rooster" on board. We sold him as a yearling to Cathy Flotke of New York, who quickly became a part of our family. She raised Rooster exactly as we would. He had more trail experience before he went under saddle than more horses see in a lifetime. She ponied him all over the mountains of New York, took him on camping trips and prepared him for life in the best way possible. Then, when he was three, she brought him back to us to be put under saddle. Rooster was AWESOME to work with. Smart as a whip, easy as pie. He has a naturally smooth, square gait. He is bold and fearless. We are thrilled with him...and even more so that we gained Cathy and her daughter Bekah as family in the process.
